How to walk and talk at the same time

This is something MOST people are able to do. Please note however that some people may not physically be able to do one or the other, or both, and therefore will not benefit from this tutorial.

You can start by either walking or talking, whichever works best for you. I find it's easiest to start with the walk. So first, walk. This should be done in the usual manner of putting one foot in front of the other and moving in some direction (generally forward).

Once you feel comfortable with the walking, slowly add in the talk. You can do this by yourself but I would recommend you have someone with you or at least on the phone to talk to. You can choose from a variety of topics to talk about while walking and can walk and talk for as long as you feel physically able, or have time for.

The walk and talk is a fun activity the entire family can enjoy!

For a much more advanced form of the walk and talk, try the run and talk.
Please do not attempt to talk while running until you have first sufficiently mastered talking while walking.
